Assistant professor at University of Southern California since 1999, Associate and Full Professor with Tenure at Wayne State University since 2004, and Tenured Professor at University of Florida since 2014
Research Profile
Modeling quantum changes in medical, health and behavior-related events using catastrophe methods; descriptive and etiological studies on psychosocial factors and suicidal behavior and death using machine learning method; studies on HIV related behavior and prevention intervention among US adolescents and young adults; estimate adjusted rates using classic age-period-cohort modeling; studies of male hormones, PAS and risk of prostate cancer occurrence with electronic medical record data; studies of marijuana use among pregnant women and secondhand marijuana exposure in young children.
