What philosophy guides your education? I always believed when there is a well there is a way, success is not permanent and failure is not the end. Avicenna said: The knowledge of anything, since all things have causes, is not acquired or complete unless it is known by its causes. One of the first duties of the physician is to educate the masses not to take medicine. We are here to add what we can to life, not to get what we can from life. W.Osler
