Dr. Nae Won, current T32 Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University, recently was accepted to the Centers for Disease Control Epidemic Intelligence Service, which is the globally recognized applied epidemiology training program established in 1951. EIS has trained over 4,000 disease detectives who have investigated and responded to a range of public health challenges and emergencies. Dr. Won will begin this prestigious fellowship in June 2025.
Dr. Nicole Fitzgerald, NIDA T32 Postdoctoral Fellow at Columbia University, submitted three papers related to the National Drug Early Warning System on November 14, 2024, to various journals, including JAMA Research, in addition to a Letter to the Editor publication the following day.
