Two New T32 Trainees

T32pictureAmy Elliott and Zachary Mannes have joined the University of Florida Substance Abuse Training Center in Public Health as pre-doc trainees.  Zach Mannes has an MS in Clinical Psychology and is currently a PhD student in the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. His research interests are biopsychosocial determinants of substance misuse in underrepresented populations and the development and implementation of interventions to address substance misuse for medically underserved populations. Amy Elliott earned her MS in Epidemiology in May and is now a PhD student in Epidemiology. The focus of her research in the program will be comorbidities between substance use disorders and anxiety/depressive disorders.
